User Data Deletion Instructions

1. If you wish to request deletion of your data collected through our Facebook Messenger chatbot, please email us at:

   In your email, please include the following details:

   • Your full name or Facebook username
   • Approximate date of your interaction
   • A clear statement requesting data deletion

   Once we receive your request, we will process your data deletion within 48 hours. We do not store any personal data beyond what is necessary to provide chatbot functionality.
